Description

This position is for afternoons (4pm-1230am) or overnight (10pm-630am) hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
To be responsible for the preparation, displaying and maintenance of the Deli department;
To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner;
To respond to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;
To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards;
Other general duties, as assigned.
Exceptional customer service skills
Minimum 23 years' deli experience;
Excellent product knowledge and knowledge of deli operations
Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings and weekends;
Must have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
Must possess the ability to work in a fastpaced environment under pressure.
