Manageable Task Control Clerk:

This position provides a variety of administrative and general clerical office systems support.

The Manageable Task Control Clerk coordinates and compiles Manageable Task packages of work for the Zone Production Manager and distribution to the Production Coordinators.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Manageable Task packages issued to Zone Production Managers.
  • Generate Manageable Task package folders and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Collate, retrieve and distribute revised Manageable Task to and from Zone Production Managers / Production Coordinators.
  • Update planned start and finish dates in Project Estimating and Production System (PEPS).
  • Any other roles deemed vital and reasonable to support the business.

Education and Experience

  • Grade 1 12 years office experience.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office suite.

Skills, Knowledge, Required Competencies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • The ability to work with mínimal guidance.
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance.
