Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining company HACCP and BRC programs.
- Responsible for ensuring labeling is in compliance with CFIA regulations.
- Develop, amend and maintain HACCP plans and SOPs, as required.
- Develop, amend and maintain BRC program
- Coordinate with team members about HACCP standards.
- Perform audits and work with the CFIA.
- Maintain corrective actions.
- Perform record reviews and onsite verifications.
- Support operations personnel to ensure compliance with all quality requirements.
- Observe SOPs and work with production staff to implement improvements.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained in all quality and regular production procedures.
