Maintenance Technician - Langley, Canada - Cyclone Holdings Ltd.

Description

We are expanding our Maintenance Department and looking for versatile, hard working and reliable individuals to join our Property Management Team.

Duties and Responsibilities would be to execute multiple renovation or maintenance duties within vacant suites under tight time constraints including, but not limited to the following:

• assembling and installing new cabinetry, vanities and mirrors

- floor preparation, leveling and installation of laminate and/or tile
- countertop installations
- basic electrical; updating light fixtures, installing range hoods - installing shower tiles and or tub surrounds - basic plumbing; installing toilets, sinks, faucets, caulking
- door, hardware and blind installations
- basic carpentry; baseboard, casing, dapping
- occasional painting - basic window/sliding door repair


Qualifications needed:
- willingness to learn and follow instruction closely
- superior attention to detail, with strong problem solving skills
- ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment
- excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- show quality workmanship
- ability to multitask is a must
- class 5 driver's license, clean driving record and access to an automobile
- must have own tools (basic)
- must have basic computer skills

$25.00-$27.00 per hour
