Equipment World - Sault Ste. Marie is seeking a passionate sales professional to join our team as a Bobcat Sale Specialist

The Bobcat Sales Specialist report to the Branch Manager, and are responsible for promoting Bobcat Equipment sales, attachments, and warranties by actively pursuing new business while maintaining a customer base.

They will represent the company in the community and maintain Equipment World Inc.'s commitment to outstanding customer service in their everyday duties and responsibilities.

Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate equipment
Answer customer inquiries in a quick and effective manner (utilizing quotation system/templates)
Estimate and quote process, freight, credits, contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates of product
Utilize Bobcat portal including
Power lease / Sales / Ordering etc.
Assist in marketing for customer development (in conjunction with marketing department)
Provide input into product addons where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients needs
Consult with clients after sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

Seeking individuals who demonstrate leadership skills, attention to detail, networking skills, problem solving capabilities and are self-motivated. Sales background is a must, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting.

Bobcat University Training will be part of onboarding.

Regional travel to the surrounding areas is required.

$43,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
