- Preparing comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for ground-up & interiors ICI construction projects, considering all aspects of construction, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Reviewing and analyzing subcontractor and supplier bids, negotiate pricing and terms, and make recommendations to support bid submissions and project budgets
- Analyzing and interpreting construction drawings to ensure accurate estimates
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to solicit bids, gather pricing information, and develop cost-effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or a related field
- 5-8+ Estimating experience within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs, with the ability to accurately estimate project costs and develop competitive bids
- Proficiency with software and tools such as Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam
- A driven, entrepreneurial spirit who works well as part of a team
