We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant with a knack for business administration and an agile approach to a diverse workload.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting with sales, quoting, hiring, reporting, and system development.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at handling the unexpected with poise and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic objectives.
  • Manage sales processes, including lead tracking, quoting, and followup.
  • Assist with the recruitment and hiring processes to build our growing team.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems for business metrics.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of system development, optimizing operational workflows.
  • Adapt quickly to emerging needs and challenges within the business.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities and sales acumen.
  • Familiarity with business reporting and performance metrics.
  • Capability to develop and implement organizational systems and processes.
  • Experience in HR processes, including hiring and staff management, is a plus.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic role that evolves with the business's needs.
