Our job opportunities range from single-item moves, moving supply deliveries to full-home and office moves, or an entire warehouse/business. Located in Etobicoke, we move locally and within the province only. As our company expands, we are looking to grow our team.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Team Lead/Driver/Mover at CARGO CABBIE, you will be responsible for

Effectively manage crew members to ensure their success on the job and within the company.
Loading, unloading, and moving furniture and household goods by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
Checking the inventory of the truck daily and ensuring that the truck meets the operating standards.
Having an excellent knowledge of Toronto and GTA routes.
Having 3 years of proven commercial driving experience and a clean driving abstract.
Identifying destinations, establishing routes, and maintaining schedules.
Safely pack the content of the truck.
Verifying schedules with clients and calling before arrival.
Supervising crews on job sites and ensuring safety and quality in services being delivered, as well as assisting with moves.
Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolving complaints and facilitating sales/booking of jobs.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evening shifts and weekends (including Sundays)

Wage increases are determined by work performance, punctual consistent attendance, and a willingness to contribute meaningfully to the company and its success.
