Wide Pay Range posted to reflect position ranging from Office Administrative Assistant to a Co-Manager Position, depending on qualifications, skills and previous experience.
Glenview Animal Hospital and Eagle Rise Animal Hospital provide compassionate and highly skilled veterinary healthcare to companion animals in the greater Victoria area.

Each hospital provides veterinary services for companion animals, including surgical, medical and diagnostic services as well as client education and instruction in the care of their pets in the context of health and disease.
The team includes Veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs), Exam Room Assistants (ERAs), Technical Assistants, Reception Staff, and Administrative Staff working together in the delivery of veterinary care and client service.
Office Administrative Assistant Role Description:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Serve as the main point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Necessary Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Familiarity with payroll processing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Onedrive)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Salary:
$30.00-$37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
