Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Gather material, labor, and equipment costs for projects.
• Calculate total cost estimates for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed reports of estimated costs and timelines.
• Monitor changes in the scope of work and adjust estimates accordingly.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain records of past estimates and actual costs.

Experience:
