What you'll do:


  • As a
    _Project Manager_, you will work closely and collaborate with our clients and crossfunctional teams to ensure delivery of outstanding work by constantly looking for ways to innovate and enhance our clients' projects.
  • Create and monitor project management plans, including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths to ensure project structure and integrity.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timelines through to execution.
  • Support the project execution by working closely with crossfunctional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Monitor and control the project financial requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices.
  • Develop and support the client relationship by maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client's advocate within Bond and delivering the experience with excellence.
  • Establish an effective communication plan that includes timely documentation of project status, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plan that includes all aspects of project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project close).
  • Consistently track the advancement of the project and provide updates on measurable elements like milestones and deliverables to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Follow established processes to create change requests (ticketing system) and manage the workflow from request to quality check validations to ensure the changes were made correctly.
  • Project Manage content development initiatives working with a crossfunctional team including strategists, writers, and creative team members.
  • Manage and track the development of webpage content strategies and proposed assets updates from concept to implementation.
  • Support digital website maintenance and maintain user satisfaction with inbox and bug tracker maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice teams to troubleshoot bug fixes as required and connect the dots with website measurement and proactively see how we can increase website engagement.

What you'll have:

-
2-3 years of client facing experience working in a project management role (preferably in a fast-paced agency environment)

  • Experience using traditional and agile project management tools and methods: Gantt charts, resource schedules, Microsoft Project and or Primavera, or another industry leading project schedule tool, is a requirement.
  • Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages and interface across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organization skills.
  • Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as handson functional knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required.
