About the Opportunity
- Lead and execute operational or compliance reviews, ensuring completion within established timelines and budgets.
- Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, risk assessment, scope development, testing, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, communicate progress, and discuss findings.
- Prepare clear and well-organized documentation to support conclusions and recommendations.
- Review team members' work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Develop reports outlining observations, risks, and practical recommendations for improvement.
- Support broader compliance or governance initiatives as needed.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of progressive professional experience, preferably with increasing responsibility.
- Experience working in a regulated or controlled environment is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
