We are seeking a passionate Play Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.


Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Registered Social Worker to join our dynamic team as an Independent Contractor.

As a social worker with Pace, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and families within our community.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counselling to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Stay informed about current social work trends, research, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental health setting.
  • Strong assessment, counselling, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:


  • Provide proof of liability insurance.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing and certification requirements.
  • Ability to create and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$20.02-$78.53 per hour
