    Description

    We are seeking a qualified and compassionate caregiver to join our family as a babysitter or nanny for our two children, Aurora (2 1/2 years old) and Kayden (5 years old).


    Aurora has been in our care since she was about 1-2 months old, while Kayden joined us around 2-3 years ago. We have full custody of both children now.


    Kayden's past experiences have had a significant impact on his life. He was shuffled between multiple placements before joining us, facing neglect, physical abuse, and emotional trauma. His mother would often leave him unattended while engaging in substance use. Due to this tumultuous history, it is essential that the right individual cares for him with love and patience.


    Initially shy and non-verbal after being placed in foster care at age four due to severe physical neglect by drug-addicted parents who were regularly arrested on related charges , he slowly began opening up over time


    Skill Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Patience when dealing with children exhibiting anxiety related behaviors such as constant questioning why their very nice mother died unexpectedly thru illness
