Are you a skilled change agent passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes in the aviation industry? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in enhancing production methods for cutting-edge aerospace technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze engineering data to identify optimal manufacturing processes for parts and assemblies
  • Actively collaborate with the Engineering department to address design changes and manufacturing issues.
  • Participate actively in the Change Control Board, providing valuable insights.
  • Approve the feasibility of new designs or design modifications.
  • Prepare manufacturing sequences to streamline production processes.
  • Generate reports related to specific tasks to monitor progress and performance.à
  • Develop tooling solutions for major assemblies, subassemblies, and details.
  • Insure smooth integration of Engineering changes with Production and Quality Assurance.
  • Update procedures when necessary to account for modifications.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma (DEC) in Aeronautics (Avionics).
  • Six (6) years or more of relevant experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of methods, processes, manufacturing techniques, and tooling in the aerospace industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with computer environments, enabling efficient work with technology.
  • Functional proficiency in French and English for effective communication.
