What you will do:

Oversee the accounts receivable daily activities of the AR Team and provide training and support
Work with various AR groups on software solutions, including upgrades, investigation, development, testing, training and documentation
Prepare the Uber and Skip weekly journals and monthly reconciliations
Provide support to departments and management on the AR monthly payment, invoicing and collection.
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations
Other tasks as assigned by management
Required for the role is 3 years of direct experience in accounts receivable, preferably with 12 years of experience as a supervisor in Collections and Accounts Receivable.
The knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for this role include:
Strong customer service, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with financial systems
Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.
Learning skills and attention to details needed to resolve AR related issues.
Proficient in business (verbal and written) communication.
Ability & willingness to pursue automation.
The position requires supervision of direct and indirect reports.
