- Partner with departments, terminals, and customers to address and eliminate barriers in equipment and freight movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting, volume forecasting, and scorecard updates.
- Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments.
- Conduct data entry with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update customer portals to reflect current and accurate information.
- Respond proactively to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create detailed reports in Word and Excel.
- Strong typing and general computer skills.
