We are currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our team at the Staybridge Suites Saskatoon - University, in beautiful Saskatoon, SK.
We are looking for people to work Full-Time and/or Part-time hours with excellent customer service and communication skills.From the hotel lobby, right through to the guest rooms, the Guest's first impression around cleanliness is a powerful and lasting one.
The Housekeeping Department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment. We all work together to make the hotel shine so that guests can have the best experience possible.Do you notice things other people miss and take it upon yourself to get them done? If you are detail-oriented and someone who takes initiative, then we think you could be a good fit for our team.
Job Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals
- Perform quality assurance requirements for the Housekeeping Department
- Thoroughly understand and implement Brand service culture
- Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
- Support Team members to ensure the team's entire workload is completed daily
- Perform other duties as required
