We are seeking a skilled Technician to manage the operation, maintenance, installation, and repair of structured cable systems. This role specializes in data, phone, and fiber communication cabling, ensuring all systems meet required specifications and codes.

As Low Voltage Cabling Technician, here's how you'll contribute to our success:

  • Assemble, repair, maintain, perform connectivity checks and installs
  • Specializes in structured cabling; required to assess, estimate, install, test and troubleshoot data / phone / fiber communication cabling within a large facility
  • Be able to install different types of raceways, such as cable tray, EMT Conduit
  • Specializes in installation of Panduit raceway and other Panduit brand data material
  • Install, fault find, and repair copper and fiber optic data cabling, and utilize applicable termination and testing equipment
  • Upload test results to PANDUIT for warranty approval and update client on project status
  • Red line drawings to be provided at the end of each task to the client
  • Perform tasks in the improvement of facilities that address building and client issues
  • Respond to service requests and emergencies
  • Interact and establish good customer relationships with the client
  • Complete structured cabling work and maintenance in accordance with code requirements and building standards
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks

We want to hear from you if you are/have:

  • Minimum of four (4) years operational experience in facility operations
  • Certificate in Digital media and IT Systems Administration


  • Certified in Panduit

  • NAM
  • INI
  • Network Infrastructure Cabling Deploy
  • Ability to run with a structured cabling project from start to finish
  • Owns basic tools to perform systems testing, maintenance and repair
  • Exceptional skills in communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management
  • Proven experience in exercising good judgement under pressure
  • Ability to read plans as applied to technical areas
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
