Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of gaspowered appliances such as stoves, ovens, water heaters, and furnaces.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition and performance of appliances.
• Install, test, and maintain gas lines and connections according to safety standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Recommend and discuss repair or replacement options with customers.
• Stay uptodate with industry advancements and new technologies related to appliance repair.

Requirements:

• Gas Fitter certification is an asset (Gas B/C ticket).
• Proven experience as an Appliance / Food equipment Repair Technician, preferably with specialization in gaspowered appliances.
• Strong knowledge of gas appliances and their components, including gas lines, valves, and regulators.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and understanding of wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
