    The Opportunity

    Consor is currently seeking experienced professional engineers to join our growing Boise water/wastewater infrastructure practice. You will collaborate with our growing team of talented professionals in an open, flexible, and friendly office environment where personal and professional growth is supported, and contributions to the success of the firm are recognized and rewarded.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    You will enjoy a wide variety of interesting assignments that make a real impact to the communities around us while, with the opportunity to:

  • Plan and design water, wastewater, treatment, and stormwater projects
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects
  • Identify project opportunities and actively participate in proposal and interview processes when necessary
  • Write technical memorandums, engineering reports, and planning studies
  • Coordinate with clients
  • Required Credentials

  • 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho state, or the ability to obtain reciprocity upon employment
  • BS in Engineering
  • Experience working on water/wastewater projects
  • Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • A reputation of integrity, intelligence, and the ability to exercise good judgement
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to work in teams and independently with multiple projects
  • Desire to produce quality work products and provide excellent client service
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling software used to analyze water and wastewater systems.
  • Experience and interest in mentoring junior staff
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - you clearly convey subtleties in complex designs to your team, client, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success working on multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Motivation and the ability to work independently with multiple priorities
