We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Skills:

• Proven experience in fresh produce sales or a related field
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities
• Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance.

Pay:
$36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
