Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member**Location: 125 Seabrook Drive, Kitchener
Type:
Full Time - Permanent
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our team.
As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a vital role in growing our business by selling insurance policies to new and existing clients.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide them with valuable solutions to protect their assets.
Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Meets sales targets and achieve performance goals
- Keep uptodate with insurance industry trends and product offerings
- Attend training and development sessions to improve sales and customer service skills
- Collaborate with team member to develop sales strategies and improve processes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO preferred/must be able to obtain)
- LLQP license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of insurance products
- Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
