The Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced, passionate, kind, self motivated personal trainer to train out of my private personal training studio.


Duties:

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
• Design personalized workout programs tailored to clients' specific needs and goals
• Instruct and demonstrate proper form to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to clients throughout their fitness journey
• Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
• Educate clients on proper nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle habits for optimal results
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
• Stay uptodate with the latest fitness trends and research

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, CANfit)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively schedule client sessions and maintain/ update own schedule
• Speaks fluent English
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate clients towards their goals
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain exercises and provide feedback
• Ideally looking for a trainer who already has clients to fill time slots with

$50.00 per hour
