Summary of Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate dishes for service, observing Boom + Batten's recipes and predetermined portion sizes
Work with and support the culinary team to produce high quality dishes consistently
Assist in food tracking and storage controls
Operate all kitchen equipment and always conduct yourself with safety in mind
Making adjustments to safely accommodate guests with specific diet and health requirements
Comply with all Food Safe and Work Safe BC regulations

The Chosen Applicant Will:

Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fullservice restaurant
Able to work in a fastpaced environment
