Receiver / Warehouse Work

Education Station is a Canadian, family owned, fast growing educational company that prides itself on exceptional customer service. Our local independent company provides high quality learning tools, teaching resources and educational toys and games to schools, childcare centres and parent markets through our website, catalogue and our two retail locations.

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking individual to assist in our fast-paced warehouse with receiving and general warehouse duties.

Receive vendor shipments against invoices and orders, shelf products.
Pull product for customer special orders at time of receiving
Transfer products to our retail locations
Keep warehouse/receiving area clean and organized, restocking shelves
Other warehouse jobs as directed by warehouse supervisor
Yard work as required

Qualifications:

Organized, hard working and good time management skills.
Works well in a team environment, takes initiative and also works well independently
High energy and physically capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes (40 lbs. +) and working on your feet all day
Enjoys flexibility in a day with varied responsibilities
Previous warehouse experience an asset
Current forklift ticket is an asset
