    You will act as a key player in our Human Resources team to support the Rem project. Please note that the work site will be between St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Brossard and Downtown Montreal.

    As part of your position, you will be called upon to:


    • Support human resources in various HR processes including the recruitment process, performance management cycle, and administration of HR policies;
    • Participate in the process of welcoming new employees;
    • Participate in and monitor employee absence files;
    • Use and monitoring of the employee time management system;
    • Support HR business partners on special projects;
    • Monitoring of human resources performance indices.

    QUALIFICATIONS As our ideal candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree student in human resources, psychology, administration or related field;
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally;
    • Be focused on action and results and teamwork;
    • Have an eye for detail and have very good communications skills;
    • In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP);
    • Bilingualism spoken and written in English and French.
