Our busy company immediately requires 3 experienced skilled workers - Bricklayers / Stone Masons / for work in residential, commercial, institutional projects as well as maintenance and repair services.

START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

• LOCATION_: Jerseyville, Ontario, Canada

EMPLOYMENT GROUPS:

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Permanent:
Full time - $32.00/hour for 35-44 hrs / week


EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
Overtime, Day, Weekend, To be determined


JOB REQUIREMENTS

LANGUAGES:
English


EDUCATION:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate


EXPERIENCE:
3 years or more of verifiable _work_ experience in bricklaying field, either current or recent


OWN TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:
Tools, Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Gloves


TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Own transportation.

Physically demanding, Handling heavy loads, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling

SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units, Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing, Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required, Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools _WORK_


SETTING:
Commercial, Residential. CREDENTIALS (CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, MEMBERSHIPS, COURSES, ETC.):
Propane in Construction Record of Training, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
