Summary of the role
We are looking for a finance professional to join our project management team.


Under the supervision of the Director - Project Management, the Project Controller will participate in the rigorous monitoring of costs for all stages of our projects, from design to commissioning of plant automation equipment.

With a solid background in finance and administration, as well as a keen interest in technology projects, this person will contribute, among other things, to the achievement of financial objectives and the continuous improvement of processes.


  • Control project costs;
  • Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
  • Prepare project reports (internal and external);
  • Create and maintain projects in SAP;
  • Prepare project cash flow;
  • Collaborate on project document management;
  • Help prepare change requests
  • Contribute to contractual risk management and project strategy support;
  • Contribute to analyses and make recommendations to management;

  • College degree or certificate in administration, finance or management;
  • Three (3) to five (5) minimum years of experience as a project assistant or in a similar role;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Good understanding of project management in a manufacturing or construction environment;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (French/English);
  • Autonomous with ability to work with multifunctional teams;
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. Primavera or MS-Project)
  • Knowledge of businessrelated financial and commercial issues;
