Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Professional Services to join our organization.

As the VP of Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our professional services division, ensuring exceptional delivery of our solutions and services to our clients.

You will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, building strong client relationships, and maximizing the value our organization brings to our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the professional services division, aligning it with the overall business objectives and growth
  • Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision, goals, and priorities of the professional services
  • Service Delivery Excellence:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of professional services engagements, including project implementations, system integrations, and consulting
  • Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards to drive consistency and quality in service
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, longterm relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic
  • Understand client needs and business objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our offerings and services to meet their evolving
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer
  • Team Management and Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a highperforming team of professional services consultants and project Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting their professional growth and ensuring their success in delivering exceptional customer
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the professional services
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and manage the professional services budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and
  • Implement and improve operational processes, tools, and systems to streamline service delivery and enhance team
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the professional services

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience (at least 10 years) in leading professional services or consulting organizations, preferably within the retail, wholesale, apparel, footwear
  • Deep understanding of professional services delivery methodologies, project management, and customer success
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align professional services strategies with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading highperforming
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving customer
