The Opportunity


Full-time, permanent career as the Talent Acquisition Specialist, starting as soon as possible at our Winnipeg, MB Head Office location, working closely with the HR Team, Executive Leadership Team and Management.


The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns the responsibility to source talent through active outreach, social media activity and broad internal and external networking.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, taking direction from the Chief of Human Resources, the TAS sources talent for all positions in the Organization.

The position exists to expedite the recruiting and hiring process, internally and externally, to ensure that all positions are filled with TOP Talent.

What you will bring to the role

  • Post Secondary education in Human Resources Management, social sciences or relations fields is an asset.
Previous sales experience is an asset.

2 to 3 years' experience in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition in multiple locations, preferably within the Insurance/Financial setting.

A combination of education and experience will be considered.


Working Conditions:

Periodic travel within Manitoba and Saskatchewan is required.

Variable hours of work may be required.

Skills, responsibilities, duties, and assignments may change over time and/or as capability is developed.
