The Receptionist role offers a variety of responsibilities. We are seeking someone who 'gets' customer service and is looking for an integral role in a fun environment.This role also offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with our BC team members and clients (Insurance Advisors) through seamless customer service and support.

What your day will look like:
Answer incoming calls and redirect to appropriate person
Greet in-person visitors
Arrange, sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail (primarily through couriers)
Keep common areas neat and orderly (e.g. load/unload dishwasher; check coffee pots; tidying board rooms after use)
Keep track of, and order, office supplies (e.g. letterhead, envelopes, coffee)
Assist team members with various administrative tasks (e.g. updating client data on our system; booking board rooms)
Various other activities, as directed
You will be successful in this role if you have:
A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistent performance
Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite & most online meeting platforms
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
