Google Apps Script Webhook → BigQuery

I need an experienced Google Apps Script / BigQuery developer to debug and stabilize a webhook integration for my real estate KPI dashboard.
Current Flow:
Podio → Google Apps Script Web App → BigQuery → KPI Dashboard
The system was set up by a previous developer. The webhook is deployed, but BigQuery is not receiving updates consistently (or at all). We need someone who can quickly diagnose and fix the issue.
What's Already Built:
- Google Apps Script Web App (with doPost handler)
- Podio webhook registered
- BigQuery dataset + table created
- Field mapping logic already written
- Script Properties logging partially implemented
- Multiple .gs files handling auth, fetch, BQ insert, etc.
- The logic and structure exist — this is a debugging + stabilization job, not a full rebuild (unless you determine that's cleaner).
What I Need You To Do:
- Verify webhook endpoint is correctly deployed & publicly accessible
- Confirm Podio verification handshake works
- Ensure webhook events are properly received and parsed
- Diagnose why BigQuery inserts are failing (or not firing)
- Fix permissions / API issues if needed
- Add proper logging so failures are visible (no silent errors)
- Ensure stable streaming inserts to BigQuery
- Provide clean documentation of what was fixed

Required Experience:
Strong Google Apps Script experience
BigQuery (datasets, permissions, insertAll, API enablement)
Webhook debugging
REST APIs
OAuth (Podio API experience is a plus)
Cloud logging / debugging
Deliverables:
Fully working webhook
Verified BigQuery inserts
Clean logging for future troubleshooting
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
