About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities of the service repair department

Specifically:
- regulate the flow of vehicle maintenance/repair/service work through the department to ensure timely completion
- prioritize and dispatch vehicle maintenance work for the shop
- schedule shop work to ensure efficiency
- maintain shop capacity, efficiency, and productivity
- assign work to Automotive Service Technicians based on availability and skill set
- establish and verify priorities for all returns to the shop, to ensure that they are given immediate and appropriate attention
- champion the job distribution, work mix, et cetera, and advise the Service Manager of absences for the purpose of vehicle road testing or other functions

About you

1 to 3 years of proven experience in an automotive maintenance facility
Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience

- proficiency in working with ERP systems (i.e. CDK/Reynolds)

Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
