Accounts Receivable Assistant

The Accounts Receivable Assistant's primary role is efficient and timely processing of Accounts Receivables and assisting with general accounting and administrative duties within the accounting department.
This Position is Responsible For:
- Understand the PAUL DAVIS brand and be its champion
- Input invoices and upload them into the ERP system
- Communicate and solve issues with Project Management teams
- Answer internal and external inquiries related to accounts receivable
- Assist the AP department with payable entries
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly reports as required
- Other accounting duties as needed
- Maintain tracking on all copayable cheques to obtain timely endorsement.
- Complete daily bank deposits and posting cash receipts
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong eye for detail; ability to prioritize and manage time as needed
- Solid communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate skill level in Excel.
- Accounting certificate or diploma is preferred
- Willingness to learn and handle new challenges
Salary:
$43,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
