Sweet Talk is donut shop cafe in Port Moody , having opened January 2024. Community, inclusivity, quality, and serving others are at the heart of our values. We are looking for a hard working, passionate, and driven individual to join our team.
Hiring Head Baker
Requirements:
- Min. 3 year bakery experience
- Comfortable and capable in a high pace work environment.
- Team oriented
Duties:
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Managing schedules/hiring and training staff.
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery and future catering services.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for staff.
- Menu development
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery
