- Conduct feasibility study of structural systems for new development and A&A projects based on different building typologies and functional uses
- Review consultant's design proposal for structural systems are able to meet applicable standards, codes and project specifications at various stages of a project from feasibility studies, concept, schematic to design development and construction
- Liaison with various stakeholder to establish users' requirements
- Consultation with regulatory authorities on system design
- Develop work scope, project requirements and technical specifications for structural system design
- Prepare budgetary projection, timeline and strategy to meet project deliverables
- Conduct engineering studies and investigations and provide engineering guidance
- Review engineering designs and project specifications to meet desired compliance with engineering principles, standards, statutes, codes, regulations and design optimisation
- Supervise work progress, review progress claim, attend to technical issue with contractor and relevant stakeholders, conduct progress meeting
- Background and qualification in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or Building (recognised by PEB)
- Proficient with MS office program AutoCAD, BIM, STAAD, Micro station
- Familiar with Code of Practices, regulations, structural system and authority submission management
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in design, development and construction of large scale building projects
- Good communications and writing skills
- Familiar with Public Sector Contracts would be an advantage
