    Description
    [What the role is]

    Civil and Structural Engineer

    You will be part of a project team working as a Civil & Structural Engineer on large scale commercial and integrated development and major A&A works.

    [What you will be working on]

    • Conduct feasibility study of structural systems for new development and A&A projects based on different building typologies and functional uses
    • Review consultant's design proposal for structural systems are able to meet applicable standards, codes and project specifications at various stages of a project from feasibility studies, concept, schematic to design development and construction
    • Liaison with various stakeholder to establish users' requirements
    • Consultation with regulatory authorities on system design
    • Develop work scope, project requirements and technical specifications for structural system design
    • Prepare budgetary projection, timeline and strategy to meet project deliverables
    • Conduct engineering studies and investigations and provide engineering guidance
    • Review engineering designs and project specifications to meet desired compliance with engineering principles, standards, statutes, codes, regulations and design optimisation
    • Supervise work progress, review progress claim, attend to technical issue with contractor and relevant stakeholders, conduct progress meeting

    [What we are looking for]

    • Background and qualification in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or Building (recognised by PEB)
    • Proficient with MS office program AutoCAD, BIM, STAAD, Micro station
    • Familiar with Code of Practices, regulations, structural system and authority submission management
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience in design, development and construction of large scale building projects
    • Good communications and writing skills
    • Familiar with Public Sector Contracts would be an advantage
