Marketing & Office Coordinator - Regina, Canada - North Ridge Development Corporation
Description
Process contracts, distribute and enter them into BuildTopia system- Prepare administrative documents related to home sales
- Act as main point of contact for all sales document related inquiries
- Update weekly reports
- Manage social media accounts and create weekly content
- Update all marketing materials price lists, lot lists, websites, show home schedule
- Coordinate marketing requirements as needed with marketing agency, photographers, furniture moves, etc.
- Assist sales team, Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations Manager
- Perform administrative duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
- Background in business administration preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel
- Experience in processing of legal/real estate documents an asset
- Experience in social media management an asset
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
