Description
Process contracts, distribute and enter them into BuildTopia system

  • Prepare administrative documents related to home sales
  • Act as main point of contact for all sales document related inquiries
  • Update weekly reports
  • Manage social media accounts and create weekly content
  • Update all marketing materials price lists, lot lists, websites, show home schedule
  • Coordinate marketing requirements as needed with marketing agency, photographers, furniture moves, etc.
  • Assist sales team, Sales & Marketing Manager and Operations Manager
  • Perform administrative duties as required

  • Experience in processing of legal/real estate documents an asset
  • Experience in social media management an asset

Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
