Job description
About the ProjectI am setting up an online GP practice called myonlinedoc.
I have a fully designed HTML prototype of both the landing page and a patient portal dashboard, and I need an experienced Wix developer to build these out on my existing Wix Business tier account — pixel-faithful to the designs I'll provide.
This is a clean, well-scoped project with everything already designed.You are not being asked to design anything from scratch — the layouts, copy, colour palette, and structure are all done.
Your job is to build it properly in Wix and hand it over in a state I can manage myself going forward.
What I Need BuiltLanding Page ):
Full responsive landing page matching the provided HTML design
Sections include:
hero, how it works, services (5 service cards), about the doctor, FAQ accordion, and booking CTA
Booking buttons must link to Calendly
Contact/WhatsApp button integration
Mobile-optimised
Patient Portal Dashboard (myonlinedoc-):
Password-protected member area (using Wix Members)
Dashboard layout with appointment info, document links, and messaging panel
Google Drive document links embedded
Clean, professional layout matching the provided design
Technical Requirements
Must be built on Wix Business tier (I already have the account)
Use Wix Editor or Wix Studio — tell me which you recommend and why
Wix Members / password-protected portal setup
Calendly embed or link integration
Mobile responsive across all sections
Clean, handover-ready — I must be able to edit text and images myself after delivery
Handover Requirements
This is non-negotiable: the final deliverable must include a short written guide (or a Loom walkthrough video) explaining:
How to update the doctor's bio, photo, and services
How to add or remove FAQ items
How to manage patient portal access (add/remove members)
How to update Calendly links
How to connect or swap a custom domain
If I can't manage the site myself after handover, the job isn't done.

Access to my Wix Business account
Prompt responses and clear feedback
Budget
I'm budgeting $150–$250 USD for this project. This reflects the scope — the design work is complete, so you're building and configuring, not creating. I'm happy to discuss milestone-based payments (e.g. 50% on landing page approval, 50% on portal + handover guide delivery).
Who I'm Looking For
Proven Wix experience (please share portfolio links or past Wix projects)
Comfortable working from an HTML reference design
Has built Wix member areas or password-protected pages before
Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
Based anywhere — this is fully remote
