URGENT: Google Workspace Suspended by Reseller

Job summary
We are experiencing an urgent email outage due to our reseller suspending our Google Workspace subscription.Our business-critical email is down and needs immediate expert intervention.
The scope of work includes diagnosing the reseller-level suspension,
communicating with Google support if needed,
initiating and managing a reseller transfer,
restoring full Gmail/Workspace functionality,
and verifying all users and DNS settings.
