What You Will Do

Demonstrate a high level of initiative on root cause analysis to drive improvement opportunities that enable selfserve, automation, stability, and scalability to reduce support and optimize our MES solutions.
Design, develop, and implement solutions for defects, enhancements, and transformation of our Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Document functional/technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and/or other documentation for support and ongoing optimization.
Optimize agility and performance by leveraging cloud deployments, containerization, and serverless computing.
Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.
Contribute to technical roadmap and technical debt elimination, balancing time, resource, and quality constraints to achieve business and strategic outcomes.
Perform oncall support for critical manufacturing systems.
Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of our MES technologies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (i.e. analyst, engineer, process controls, operations)
Experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders
Experience working in an agile team
Experience in developing OR maintaining object oriented programming languages OR API Integrations (i.e. SQL, Python, JavaScript,.NET, and C#)
Experience with Microsoft SQL or alternative relational databases
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and capabilities such as Process Controls (i.e. PLC, SCADA/HMI), Manufacturing Operations, and Infrastructure teams to solve complex problems.

What Will Put You Ahead

2+ years experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (i.e. analyst, engineer, process controls, operations)
Experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
Experience in analyzing OR developing in process controls (i.e. PLC, SCADA/HMI)
