    Hours of Work : 40 hours - weekends required

    Guest Services Manager
    Contract: 40 Hours; Permanent

    We need you to lead, manage and motivate a team of Guest Services Assistants to make our guests feel personally welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from the moment they check in to the moment they leave.

    Managing a team of holiday heroes and reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will be running the Guest Services department.

    Managing, training and motivating your team of Guest Services Assistants
    Managing team rotas
    You will be responsible for managing holiday bookings.
    Resolving customer complaints.
    Liaising with and helping out colleagues onsite to ensure that our guests experience is always excellent

    One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you may need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

    Skills, experience and qualities you'll need
    Outstanding people skills – friendly, patient and always ready to help
    A solid understanding of budgeting and finance

    It's the icing on the cake if you have experience in the holiday sector specifically, but don't worry if you haven't, we provide plenty of training.
