Raise Workforce has partnered with an American corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products. They provide engine modules service and repair to some of the largest Haul Trucks in the oil sands.


They are looking to bring on a Production Support Associate that, with the guidance of Heavy Equipment Technician, will be removing engines, disassembly for cleaning, reassembling new pieces and assembling and connecting engines.**This is a great opportunity for anyone that has an interest in learning more about Heavy Equipment, has an interest in becoming a mechanic, or just has a love of big machines.


You will be doing__**- Using an overhead crane, removing engines from haul trucks

  • Disassembling modules (frame, radiator, engine, alternator) using provided tools
  • Clean module components in designated Steam Bay area
  • Using an overhead crane, taking cleaned modules to the Service Bay
  • Prepare modules for shipping
  • Receive completed module components and prepare them for assembly
  • Assemble frame, radiator, engine and alternator
  • Load newly assembled engines onto a tractortrailer for shipping
  • Performs quality inspections.
  • Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
  • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet manufacturing goals.
  • Works with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance.
  • Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
