To assist the Banquet Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department.

This is including 36 Banquet Rooms and helps to cover the 3 Restaurants when Restaurant team needs help with coverage.

Create the schedule and tasks for all Porters.


Hours:

This is a full time position, 40+ hours a week, including weekends and holidays, must be flexible with hours.


Requirements:
Must posses a bachelor's degree/diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent field of study. A minimum 5 years of Banquet/Convention management experience. Excellent communication skills combined with a high level of customer focus and outstanding motivational leadership skills.
