Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in English and any additional languages as needed.
• Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and other languages as required.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and provide solutions.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
• Detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
