Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch, a full-service consultancy, is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Readiness Consultant to join the Advisory group in Saskatoon.

Our advisory and consulting experts work with our clients to help them meet their business, financial, and project objectives.

As a Business Readiness Consultant, you will make an important contribution to the strategy, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

Drive effective management of Business Readiness engagements through monitoring the overall implementation performance and milestone achievements
Familiarization and effective management of Hatch digital solutions and supporting endusers. ("Ready"
Hatch Operational Readiness Management System, Metro & Power BI)
Conduct assurance audits and ensure adherence to standards in line with project assurance requirements
Develop and nurture longterm client relationships
Support advisory projects and project teams, leveraging expert resources from the rest of the company
Ensure ontime and onbudget delivery of projects, while providing quality assurance to ensure work is delivered to the highest possible standard
Be involved in developing and codifying processes and contributing to Advisory knowledge management.
Be a champion of inclusion and diversity

You bring to the role:

38+ years of management consulting or relevant experience
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to distill value during projects
Proven client relationship management
Motivating and supportive leadership skills
Operational Readiness experience in mining, mineral processing and port operations or strong leadership skills in Operations or Commissioning management is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Administration or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is advantageous
