Description
Resident Superintendent required for residential apartment complex located in GTA.

Applicants must have experience as a residential superintendent, cleaning and re-rental of suites, snow shovelling and minor maintenance, as well as knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Salary and 2 bedroom apartment provided.


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • East York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- resident Superintendent: 1 year (preferred)
