Guest Service Staff Job Posting - Weekends & Evenings position (some mornings for opening: 7:00 am - 11:00 am)

We are looking for highly organized individuals with excellent people skills for this position.

Guest service staff reports to Guest Services Supervisor and is responsible for providing front desk services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and ensuring the facility is maintained to standards of cleanliness.

Guest Service Staff Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
• Prepare coffee and snack stations as requested by clients
• Process client payments using a Debit machine
• Maintain the overall look of the center ensure the kitchenettes and conference rooms are clean, and items are properly organized
• Aid in conference room setups
• Accommodate general and unique requests

Guest Service Staff must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Patience and good listening skills.

Physical requirements

• Stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift at least 25lbs

You have the ability to work with mínimal supervision and are detail orientated and organized.
