The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a robust pipeline of leads, providing exceptional onboarding experiences to our community and upselling our programs.

You will have the ability to influence our go-forward strategy, while also receiving coaching from seasoned professionals with years of experience.


What makes a great Betstamp Customer Success Manager?:

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding and upselling
  • Experience working towards & exceeding targets
  • A great communicator (written & verbal) with strong presentation & interpersonal skills
  • A selfstarter who is able to work independently & manage feedback
  • Someone who is outgoing, hard working and scrappy
  • 12 years in a similar Customer Success/Community Manager role is an asset
  • Interest in sports and/or sports betting is an asset
  • 12 years of experience in a corporate environment is an asset

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct onboarding calls to educate people the value of the product & deliver a positive experience
  • Host monthly meetings with the community to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a sense of community
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to upsell users and grow company sales
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify trends to improve conversion rates and optimize the program
  • Represent the Betstamp brand at external events

Compensation & Start Date:

The Basics:


  • Must have laptop/access to internet
