Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare for approval and process Vendor invoices and Employee expense reimbursements
Prepare and process vendor payments by /all applicable method
Vendor Account and GL reconciliations
Process and reconcile corporate credit card statements, and all Vendor file uploads
Setup and maintenance of all Vendor accounts including remitting credit checks for new Vendors
Minimum of 23 years of related experience.
Diploma in Accounting an asset.
Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
General office skills are required.
Must be process driven.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Sage100 an asset or similar accounting software is preferred.
Ability to complete assignments under tight deadlines, with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
